Bookings & payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking
An additional £200 security deposit is required at pickup and will be reimbursed following inspection
Cancellations within 7 days of the start date will not be refunded

Rental requirements

Renters must be 18+ and hold a valid UK driving licence
Your vehicle must have roof bars with a load rating of 50kg for the 2-person tent and 62kg for the 4-person tent 
Your vehicle must have a dynamic roof load rating of 50kg for the 2-person tent and 62kg for the 4-person tent
Use TentBox's vehicle checker if you are unsure    

Equipment use

You are responsible for the care and safe use of the equipment during your hire
All equipment must be supervised by a person over the age of 16
Any person who is visibly intoxicated through alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substance shall not be allowed to use the equipment
No smoking or illegal activities allowed in or around the equipment
No equipment shall be used in wind speeds over 39mph (Gale force 8) 

Damage & liability

You are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
You must inform us of any incidents immediately
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage caused during your trip

Returns

Equipment must be returned clean and on time
Late returns may be subject to additional fees
