Why Daunder?

We're a family-run business based in the North East of Scotland, passionate about adventure and the outdoors.  After experiencing the freedom of travelling with a rooftop tent, we knew we had to share it.

That’s why we started Daunder — to help others explore Scotland’s wild places without the need to buy expensive gear or the hassle of towing or pitching.  Our TentBox rentals make it easy to camp anywhere, wake up to stunning views, and enjoy the journey at your own pace.

We’re here to help more people daunder — to slow down, camp anywhere, and wander everywhere.
